INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF NEW TSE LINE AT TUBLI TWPCC

Upgrading of onsite TSE distribution system was consisted of installation of 100 mm Dia. UPVC pipe line and installed two booster pumps and a pressure vessel. The booster pumps and pressure vessel are installed at the top of existing TSE storage tank. The TSE pipe line installed starting from these pumps at the top of the TSE storage tank is connected to the existing TSE line before the east gate of the plant.

TSE pipe line is 350 m long, 90 m is above ground line, and 260 m is underground line. The pipe line fixed with SS brackets in every 2 meter the above ground part of pipe line is covered with rock wool insulation material and aluminum sheet.
